Reiki healing sessions are done remotely, and away from any electrical (or electromagnetic) devices.
For the most optimal experience, you should avoid eating at least an hour before the session, and you should drink at least 2 glasses of water before and after the healing session.
If you have any jewelry, you should put it aside, for the duration of the session.
Once the appointed time for the Reiki session comes, you should either lie down or sit in a comfortable (Lotus) position with your spine pleasantly erect, eyes closed, and palms facing forward or in a Mudra of your choice.
For the duration of the Reiki session of your choice, try to be completely relaxed and to breathe slowly and deeply.
After the Reiki session is over, you will receive a Word/PDF document with the feedback from the session and any channelled messages from your Spirit Guides and/or Higher Self that have come through.
Before the session begins at the appointed time, you should say out loud or silently "I am about to receive _______ Reiki healing from Itana."
If you fall asleep during the session, don't worry, that's completely normal, entering the Alpha brainwaves allows for the body to receive the healing energies fully and integrate them completely.
Time of the healing varies based on the modality of chosen Reiki.
Gold, Stars and Original Reiki last between 15-25 minutes, whereas Vulcan and Kundalini last between 25-35 minutes.
Usui Reiki sessions last between 45 - 60 minutes.
After each Reiki session, you will receive channeled messages, and spiritual guidance what to work on further, and what required the most healing.
