Location of this chakra is between the genitals and navel; it commands creativity, sexuality, reproduction and pleasure in our body.
The Mantra is Lam (la-a-a-a-a-mmm), you need to sit with your legs crossed, or in a Lotus position, place your hands in the Lam mudra (place your right palm over the left one, keep them open and connect your thumbs at the tips; place this mudra over your lower belly),

then take 3 deep breaths (into your tummy), after which you can start softly vibrating "Lam" with focus on the color orange, Sacral Chakra's symbol and the part of your body where it is located ;)

This practice is designed to help you balance your sacral chakra, expand it or stabilize it ✨

The term ‘Fylgja’ literally means “follower” (“one who follows”). In fact, “Fylgja” is a term that later Europeans coined for a witch’s “familiar” (or a “fetch”). A Fylgja can take either an animal, or a human shape (if human, it will usually show up as a pretty young woman, or a crone). Sometimes the Fylgja belongs to an individual, and sometimes it belongs to the ancestral line (a “kin-fetch”); if so, the shape that it takes represents that family.

The first thing I remember from the dream is that I’m being given a golden handheld telescope, I’m walking down the concrete coastline of some port in the unnamed city. I do not remember the person who handed me the monocular, except that it was a tall individual, taller than me by far, and he was wearing dark colors.
